1080+ support for UI layer #507

Requesting that the UI layer be enhanced to support resolutions greater than 
720p.  For my own use case, I'm only looking for 1080p support, but I imagine 
there are others that would like to be able to render UIs upwards of 4k.

This is much needed we are using cast for dashboards with android tv and being 
limited to 720p seems silly given the hardware capabilities.
