Added calculation method to handle Umm Al-Qurra during Ramadan #8

Considering the getMethod() function, the least obtrusive way to add this functionality was to include an additional calculation method. This leaves it up to the program using the library to switch from UMM_ALQURRA to UMM_ALQURRA_RAMADAN based on a user configured Hijri date.
