Mark plugin as Serverless Framework v3 ready #40

Plugin is confirmed to work with v3 release without issues, therefore it'll be good to whitelist v3 of the Framework in peer dependencies section

@arabold is there a chance to have that published? We're aiming to publish v3 shortly, and without that this plugin won't recognize v3 as compatible version
