Adding 'clear' command to reset totals #98

Hi, Hopefully, this should be okay. This just adds the 'clear' command to allow serial control to reset the totals in the unit (mAh and mWh). It just calls the same reset_running_totals() function as the main menu.

Let me know if there is anything I can improve.

I have been using it on my device at the moment and it seems to work fine as far as I have noticed?
