Jenkins checks on secondary Jenkins still targets the primary Jenkins when run in Celery #557

We moved one Jenkins job to our secondary Jenkins, and updated the check accordingly. It works fine when triggered synchronously (the manual button in the check) but not when run by Celery − they check looks in the primary Jenkins.
