Slack alerting with the cabot-alert-slack won't work be default #666

Hi people of cabot. I wonder if your slack plugin is supposed to work or not. Because since I did everything https://github.com/arachnys/cabot/issues/465 from the manual config and it didn't work out once. I wonder if you can just confirm cabot-alert-slack works I would be stoked to get that working. Cheers thanks
