Pick specific keys to train #247

I'm in the process of transitioning to Colemak via the Tarmak intermediate steps - every few days, I'd change a few more keys. It would be incredibly useful if I could pick specific keys and train them. Eventually, I'd want to go back to training the whole layout, but for the first intense period of adjustment, I'd definitely benefit from more focus.
