[Feature Request] Practice specific letter, even when it's at target WPM. #267

I often type 'u's with my middle finger instead of my index, but it's not getting practiced as there are other letters with lower WPM that are getting practiced instead. It would be nice to be able to have a mode where you can tell it to just practice that one letter. Right now, you can use the 'Custom Text' mode, but that's more of a workaround, not a solution.

I've been waiting for this feature for awhile as well. There's several requests for it, and if you look at the last page of issues there's an outstanding feature request for this from September of last year

That seems quite helpful. The German (my native language) guided mode keeps making me practice "ß" (to the right of zero...). I've resigned myself to that being a weak character for the time being (it's rare enough, luckily) and want to focus on practicing letters that are a lot more common, but not quite as problematic for me (q, for example - that is really rare in the "common words" practice unit).

For anyone who speaks more than one language: Switching the practice text language to something else (English for me) gives you a different set of words with very different letter fequencies (but likely no/other special characters). As a workaround, that helps get you exposure to some of the other letters you want to practice.
