[Feature request] Non-English books #287

Is it feasible to add books in languages other than English to the "Books" library?

In terms of UI, for now, no changes would be needed if the language is included in the name of the book (e.g.: "The Call of the Wild [English]"; "Das Boot [German]"; ...). A separate dropbown for language selection would be "a later thing", only worthwhile if/once there are multiple languages available.

Many thanks for considering!

P.S.: Keybr is amazing. I made myself hold off on posting to this GitHub until I could touch type my issue and comments - I went from a bastardized "blind typing" to regular touch typing in a week, and with 1-2 more weeks of practice I figure I'll be more productive at work and more proficient than with my bastardized habit!

Edit: I've since learned of the workaround of using custom text as in #258 - apparently I'm blind and haven't noticed the tab in the UI so far.
