Service isn't stopped when asked to do so #16

I've tried 1.4.4.1 and 1.4.4.2, each on a different gadget and both times when I asked to stop the service via the app, it's still visible in Settings/Apps/Running Services.

It isn't indeed. The option was not working for quite a time (something like 1.4.3 where the whole service was rewritten) and is actually removed in latest beta.
