Need an entity to map with "Service Level Targets (SLTs)" concept in ITOP #168

Hi,

GraphIT does have entity to define SLA's but not SLT's. As per ITIL in general, SLT's actually define the metrics in the service level management. SLA's may not be complete without having appropriate SLT's.

We need an entity to define the SLT's from ITOP.

Hi Satish, waiting for feedback from @mfehse 's side, which could be decisive wether create a new entity for the SLT's
