"Powered by SurveyMonkey" is terribly ugly and breaks our design consistency #34

Let's find a way that those footers don't appear. Ideally, we would be able to customize the forms completely so the buttons, inputs and text all use Aragon UI, but if that's not possible, let's just make sure that the "Powered by SurveyMonkey" badge is not there

@luisivan This was discussed early on, @delfipolito said it's not possible to style them as the js widget is injected in an iframe. So the option we still have is to upgrade the SurveyMonkey subscription so that it allows white-labeled surveys.

The only option is to upgrade to Survey Monkey plan that allows white labels.

Let's upgrade it then, if that doesn't cost a crazy sum of money

Sounds good, looking for another tool would cost us time more valuable than $600, so I think it makes sense. Can we pay monthly? If not, yearly is fine
