🦅 Pull Request Description

This PR aims to solve #1753 (ARA-665)

Running: aragon ipfs install

Throws: no error and does the ipfs installation on the system.

This PR updates the IPFS-COMMAND documentation in order to show the required steps to take in case the user encounters with this issue.
