Ability to receive tokens and withdrawing them - "Amount is greater than balance available" #1394

I've just created a Citizen Science project - https://mainnet.aragon.org/#/citizenscience

I know #1255 and sending tokens to the Vault.

To bad my new org has no Vault.

Testing on Rinkeby

I was thinking about sending tokens to Finance.

I tried with ANT. Send 1000 ANT from Metamask. Then send 1 ANT from Finance so that ANT will appear.

Appear to me that tokens are automatically transferred to the Vault but in my Citizen Science I have no vault...

island.aragonid.eth does have a vault Agent app replaces the Vault app when it's installed with the template so the "vault" is the Agent app
