Voting: cannot create new vote using Coinbase or Trust Wallet mobile web3 browser #1413

Describe the bug When I click "Create new vote" the signing panel disappears and nothing happens. No message indicating the transaction path (or lack thereof) is shown.

Mainnet or testnet? mainnet

Organization This bug seems to be affecting a specific organization's Voting app:

I could not reproduce the issue in another test organization https://mainnet.aragon.org/#/light

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open Coinbase mobile web3 browser
  2. Go to the affected org
  3. Try to create a new vote
  4. Notice the signing panel disappears and nothing happens

Expected behavior I expect to see the transaction path, or an error telling me I do not have any permission.

@john-light On the other organization you tested, do you remember if you had the ability to create the vote? It may be that transaction pathing is just extremely slow on mobile... so it takes the panel a long time to appear.

@sohkai I waited for the transaction path to appear both times. In rictestcom.aragonid.eth the path never showed, the panel disappeared and nothing happened. In light.aragonid.eth the path did show up. Are you able to test and reproduce?

@john-light I cannot on my iOS device and Coinbase Wallet 22.2.387.

Going to rictestcom.aragonid.eth, the "no permissions" panel appears when I try to create a new vote with an account that does not hold tokens.
