Give Agora Space’s emoji voting tool on-chain settlement for Aragon using the Witnet smart contract.

Description

Create an bot/integration for discord that allows setting permissions for proposal creation within a specific DAO. With this the DAO can create proposals from discord and use emojis to vote in the proposal with Agora Space’s voting tool. The whole process should happen within Discord, while the final decision will still have an on-chain settlement in an Aragon smart contract. The guild.xyz API provides the results of the voting to the Witnet oracle contracts. Use these Witnet oracle contracts to write the result into the Aragon contract.
