Talking with @bpierre - Now that more web3/wallet providers exist, we should stop calling out MetaMask specifically in the UI and just say Ethereum provider.
There should be a tooltip on the word "Ethereum provider" with recommended options with links, and we should use this component everywhere we currently say MetaMask. Will post design
