Similarly to the Address Badge component - https://github.com/aragon/design/issues/3 - we have a need for a component for showing app entities (and app instances) in the UI.
Requirements:
makes it clear in the UI that it is a (clickable) app entity, like the address entities with Address Badge
shows the app instance id
shows a popup with metadata when clicked - contract address, Aragon Package name and version
