Support for ENS #101

It'd be fantastic if Aragon supported ENS everywhere an address is accepted.

0.5 identity system will be based on ENS identities. We will even do reverse resolves to try to go from address to a human readable name

Actually, thinking a bit about it: should we do this in the dapp or in node-aragon? 🤔

Good question. If node-aragon has a reference to a chain (eg, web3), I'd suggest just doing it there.
