Cannot Create an organization #57

Using The Governance Release, Alpha 0.3 https://github.com/aragon/aragon/releases/download/0.3.0/Aragon-macos-x64.zip

I am not sure if I did the correct steps.

  1. login to the account
  2. click the "create organization" buton
  3. it ask me to "CONFIRM TRANSACTION" in METAMASK 4 click "confirm" button 5 transaction seems approved 6 Cannot find the created organization
