Provide easy onboarding instructions and more user-friendly error messages

I see a lot of great work and unlimited potential for growth.

Providing some suggestions from my first encounter with the web version:

• [ ] need to install MetaMask chrome extension
• [ ] need to be logged in MetaMask
• [ ] link to the place where user can obtain test ether (just like fully fledged app)
• [ ] nicer modals rather than alert
• [ ] explain (maybe in FAQ) why two transactions are required?
• [ ] welcome Patient? (cannot recall using that name)
• [ ] CVS stock? (what is CVS)
• [ ] How do I invite others via email, currently I assume my users need to be already on Aragon?

I am guessing here, but I think that CVS stands for: Company Voting Stock
