Issues in creating organizations #61

There is also a lag in the initial process, using metamask. Was not able to create an organization successfully after multiple attempts.

I get this error no matter how much ETH I request (and receive), currently at 4.5 ETH, no matter how much I reduce the gas price, same error, can't create organization. And yes, I reloaded and restarted the app and the PC repeated times.
