Issues with shareholders (after being created via "Issue Shares + Assign Shares" and the Votings needed). #78

1st: The new shareholder (and also Me -both are me, actually) appear as not being shareholders in the 'Role' tag. 2nd: Suggestion: listing the new shareholders (or superusers, or executives) in the 'Recipients/Search entities' tab in 'Accounting' for a 'New payment', as I guess salaries should be handled as recurring payments. shareholders

Thanks a lot for the feedback! Number 1 is clearly a bug, for number 2, do you mean that they should show up for autocomplete?

Hi, I meant that it could be useful if (once you create a superuser/executive/etc.) they could appear listed in the 'Recipient' tab so you could click on them and just choose them to arrange a new payment. Otherwise, you have to remember their address every time you want to make a new payment, and, once you give them names (as you already do -very useful, by the way), it would be great that Aragon could 'remember' them for you, like the CRMs usually do with every information you 'load' into the system. Hope this helped to clarify the issue. :)

Some more about payments:

-1st: You cannot create a new payment without filling in the 'Amount' tab (you can't even click on the 'Create Issue' button) but you can click on the button:

   a) without filling in the 'Recipient' tab

payment1

  b) in a recurring payment without filling in the 'Recipient' tab with a negative value for the interval and without choosing a defined time interval

payment2

   c) in a recurring payment filling in the 'Recipient' tab with an acceptable value for the interval and choosing a defined time interval

payment4

Any of this options leaves Aragon stuck. payment3 payment5

-2nd: Once you enter acceptable values in every tab (Recipient, Amount -and also time interval for the recurring payment, it happens in both recurring or not recurring),
payment6

it pops up this:

payment7

but then confirms with a check sign (even though it didn't create the payment) payment8

-3rd (Suggestion): [Instead of including a 'Repeat every[...]' for 'Recurring payment'] Creating a 'Date tab' just like in 'Round closes' in 'Fundraising' so that the user could create a deferred (but not recurring) payment and then, with a 'make it recurring' checkbox with the proposed options (weekly, monthly, annual) only inside that 'Date tab', the user could make it recurring for a rent or a wage. Why? Because for suppliers the amount will usually vary all the time, and when you make a recurring payment you want it to be, namely, every monday/the 1st day of every month/every February 14th, and the 30 days interval makes the date change mostly every month.

And that's (long as a fairy tale) it. :)

Thanks a lot for the thorough feedback! Those are things we should totally improve, and then on the other hand, regarding your 3rd suggestion, I totally agree. Doing the Date + Make it recurring inputs would make it possible to schedule payments in the future without them being recurrent. We don't offer that now, but we should.
