New functionality: Add external Contract & ABI #91
Add, external contract, so one can add contracts governed by the organization.
External contracts should be added in such a way, that execution of individual functions, specified by the contract ABI, needs to be specified as bylaws.
That way, one can create laws for interacting that are safe(r)
ABI's could be uploaded to IPFS/Swarm for storage
