Finally updating the Planning Suite team file:

A few of the part-time people we had in our proposal before (Oz, Anar) weren't able to contribute to the project due to finding other jobs.
We have added another regular contributor, Otto
Due to the delays we have faced and restructuring our workflow, commitment levels have been adjusted
