How does one become a member? How does one remain a member?

Some contributions:

• An applicant for membership shall demonstrate he has been engaged with the Aragon Community in the last month and/or he/she shall publish a motivation letter (e.g. in a new folder in the membership repository) for the current membership community judgement
• An applicant for membership shall be promoted by a current member who will create a proposal for minting a membership token in the rinkeby DAO network.
• Once the community approval in the rinkeby's network gets done, a designated mainnet token manager (currently @lkngtn ) will mint the membership token in the mainnet DAO. (Luke: will appreciate your comments about this... would yo like to remain the designated token manager? or would like to delegate this on someone else (approved by the community oc)?)

My intention is just to keep this simple for the time being, see what challenges we'll face, and adapt the process afterwards...

I have no interest in remaining the designated minter of membership tokens.

cool! so I'd propose the following: let's present your aragoncoop/ops#1 proposal to the ACGP process, let's test that on rinkeby for some time (2-3 weeks?), after we consider the test as passed we'll migrate that process to production.

The only drawback is that you would have to remain the designated minter for mainnet during that time. Maybe we can just queue approved rinkeby new members, so you can add them in mainnet once per week, or something like that...

Not sure there's a reason for us to be voting on mainnet over next few weeks. Think voting once a month max, is current working ideology (from my reading of the threads anyhow).
