it's build with Docusaurus just like the Coop DAO Docs
it has great tutorials and walk-throughs
it's support by professional/paid members of the Aragon community and will be updated regularly

Also, right the Dev Hub is a skeleton. It needs content:

description of the coop => nest => flock flow
Coop Wishlist
Tutorials (explanations all Aragon Apps used in the Coop DAO Demo)
Links to Auturk and other Aragon community projects and Aragon dev resources like hack.aragon and the frontend UI stuff

Working on this issue on a fork. Holding off on merging until the coop decides if they want to move forward with the project or not.
