Wrap up HackMD docs

We started some excellent brainstorms in various HackMD docs. It would be a shame to leave any good ideas behind. I'm going to comb through and see if there is anything that has not been added to the current Framework Docs or open issues. Once I've done so I'll add open questions and left behind ideas to this thread.

@lkngtn Do you want to comb through the docs as well and do the same, or do you feel like the Framework Docs accurately represent our brainstorms and your original thoughts for the Coop Workflow Proposal?
