This is very similar to #13 Documentation of practice (education & knowledge sharing). Frankly I'm not sure exactly what the differences are. Furthermore, Aragon does not have a standard documentation process for Aragon apps or DAOs.
In addition, the Aragon Cooperative is already using a DAO to vote on decisions. If this workflow is adopted, it would by default fulfill the minimum requirements for this AGP-40 deliverable.

I don't think we should aim to fulfill the minimum requirements, but without a more detailed spec this AGP-40 deliverable just uses different words to repeat what is stated in #13 Documentation of practice (education & knowledge sharing), #10 Token(s) (definition and) allocation, and #9 Governance procedures.
