The table in Finance feels really cramped when there are long descriptions:

I'd really avoid new lines in the 'Amount' field unless the token symbol is really long

Agreed, even with long token symbols / amounts, I think an amount should always stay on one line and use an ellipsis if needed.

@bpierre with DataView's current implementation it is very hard to do the text overflow dance without a set max-width. Any idea on how to go at this?
