Be able to customize wheels on datepicker, e.g. display only year/month or 
month/day etc.

Am I missing something or is there no way to make the picker wheels display in 
a particular order?  Would like to change the order to Day / Month / Year 
rather than Month / Day / Year.   The Wheels configuration doesn't seem to show 
a decent example for how to do this...if in fact that is what I am supposed to 
use to do this.
