missing php plugin when upgrading from Ubuntu 16.04 -> 16.10 #152

After upgrading to Ubuntu 16.10, a php plugin apparently went missing and rutorrent could not establish a connection to rtorrent because of it.

I solved it by manually installing php7.0-mbstring

Script works on clean installs of ubuntu 16.10 and 16.04 but obviously something in the upgrade caused an issue.

Upgrading packages will not cause any issues, but upgrading the ubuntu OS may well do even on minor upgrades such as this. You may be able to fix it by rerunning the script, or in this case you found a simple solution in any case.
