rtdload "No such file/dir - /home/$USER/file.txt / Permission Denied" #577

I have enabled rtdload.

When I access my files, I get this error

No such file/dir - /home/$USER/file.txt / Permission Denied

Permisson is set to 775 Ownership is $USER:$USER

I have two users on my seedbox. Is that making any problem
