Added support for Ubuntu 22.04 which includes adding PHP repository for PHP7.4 due to no support for some PHP addons in PHP8.1 (namely geoip). This additional repository allows rinst access to latest PHP updates and features (for 7.4). Readme.md updated to reflect new addition.
