Ubuntu 22.04 Support?

Updated my server to 22.04 and everything still works except for rutorrent, get 502 errors, seems to be php issues. Tried to reinstall rtinst but get "Problem installing packages. Check log and rerun once it is resolved" Log shows aptitude: invalid option -- 'p'

Seems to be same issue that was on 21.04 - https://github.com/arakasi72/rtinst/issues/584 Tried to edit rtinst following the same fix but cant seem to get it right.
