Limit the number of thumbnails #32

Is it possible to limit the number of thumbnails that are downloaded? This is 
the longest process for each movie. If it was limited to, let's say 1 
thumbnail, then the renaming and adding of the thumbnail to the folder would be 
faster, especially for those that just want the first thumbnail saved.

In next version (2.0_Beta), thumbnails will be sorted by language and i think i 
will download the first and display it on interface, if you want another 
thumbnail, you just need to click on and a new window will appear and download 
all other thumbnail (same thing for fanarts,cdart,...).
I'm working on it actually, i'm searching the best way to display and manage 
images which is why i said "I think".

Moreover loading dialog has been removed, to make Movie Renamer faster and some 
process are more faster too even if i keep the current display of images, you 
will be able to rename movie even if images are not downloaded ;-)
