Sketchy GUI not visible #204

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch the standalone release on windows XP
2. The sketchy tab is not visible

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2 standalone windows XP

To solve this issue, i've edited the Definition.xml of sketchy pencil and 
insert some carriage return on the first line like this :

I just installed Pencil and can't find the Scketchi GUI stencil. Where can I 
locate the Definition.xml file of sketchy pencil?
