Missing UFID Frame in ID3 #30

The UFID (Unique File IDentifier) frame is missing from ID3. I took the 
liberty of adopting the PRIV frame because I really need UFID for looking up 
the MusicBrainz MBID. I attached the script, maybe you guys could include it 
in the next version.

Oops, my bad, should have tested the script before I uploaded it. $_identifier 
was 
already taken, so I renamed it to $_fileIdentifier. Here's the new script.

All frames should be included as ID3 is a full implementation. I'll investigate
further, maybe I've missed one.

Released package php-reader-1.8-zf contains the fix.
