In ADNIMERGE there are two columns indicating a diagnosis : DX and DX_bl. DX_bl refers to the diagnosis at baseline and DX to the actual diagnosis at the session, so Clinica uses the latest to indicate the right diagnosis. For subject 02_S_0729 the diagnosis is indeed LMCI at the baseline but it evolved in later sessions. Does that correspond to the data you have ?

Description Some sessions in the sessions.tsv file has incorrect diagnosis information after converting the ADNI dataset to BIDS format using the adni-to-bids converter for T1-weighted MRI data.
In the YZ column, the actual diagnosis for subject ADNI02S0729 in session 012 in ADNIMERGE is LMCI but it's saved as AD in sub-ADNI002S0729
Converters Which Clinica's converter is concerned?
