Getting Fatal Error on Multi-Site Network Activate #268

On attempted network install on live multi-site, getting "Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error."

Installs just fine on development-mode (XAMPP) mirror site. Will be researching possible causes, and will update with additional information if any. Though would be happy if someone has ready solution/explanation! ;)
