Bootstrap jQuery error in browser console log #1

Not sure if it's a blocking error, but getting the following line passed to the Mendix Modeler console as Client log:

Bootstrap's JavaScript requires jQuery Error: Bootstrap's JavaScript requires jQuery at http://localhost:8080/widgets/SecurityInspector/lib/bootstrap.js?636618913024616788:8:9

This happens on load of the page holding the widget. (Running Mx 7.14.1)

idem for Mendix 8.5.0
