Added support to multiple databases #159

Hi, Thanks for taking the time, but we had already done work in the devel branch and it already supports multiple databases... (management + use).

The current devel branch plus a few minor changes will become the new 1.4.0 PHP Client very soon.

For future reference pls check with the devel branch first and also make any pull request against the devel branch.
