doc. example is outdated and uses deprecated DocumentHandler->getByExample #173

The example for Document get by example should be updated because it now uses the deprecated function DocumentHandler->getByExample instead of the new one CollectionHandler->byExample https://github.com/triAGENS/ArangoDB-PHP/blob/master/examples/document.php#L20
