The benchmarks may benefit from additional test cases as developed in the 2 references above, to better model potential real-world scenarios.
It looks like the reported ArangoDB benchmark results are for a single-node instance, rather than a multi-node cluster. Varying cluster size as a parameter, would help clarify the scalability expectations, and may also help reveal performance issues; see e.g. #6142 and #8806.
