nit: cleanup adapter references #445

Description

Small nitpicks regarding how we talk about the ArangoDB Adapters, feel free to close if not desired:

Removes the ArangoDB- prefix to the adapter names, looks cleaner this way
Small typo fixes
Re-arrange adapter ordering based on similarity (i.e NetworkX & cuGraph, PyG & DGL)

e.g ArangoDB-NetworkX Adapter just becomes NetworkX Adapter
