The "Reduce memory footprint" page already mentions these options and that not using them can make ArangoDB use more memory than desired, so I don't really see a need to adjust the text.
Is it confirmed that using the block cache more comes with a performance penalty? Is it negligible? The "Reduce memory footprint" page mentions that using more memory for the block cache can reduce the I/O demand and thus improve performance.
