remove mentions of active failover delpoyment in 3.12 #478

Description

Active failover deployment is not supported in 3.12 and, therefore, must not be mentioned in the documentation.

The drivers are independent of ArangoDB versions and continue to support AF when used together with ArangoDB 3.11 or older. These remaining mentions were left in the documentation on purpose - because the content about drivers should be identical in all version folders for easier maintenance. Will discuss with the team if it's worth changing this approach.
