Example add command in UG does not work #13

The provided betsy crower add command does not work when copy pasted into FitBook

seems to be because the phone number is missing. should probably include that in the UG example.

Expectation would be that the example commands work

The phone number is included in the example, and we already have a warning when copying multi-line commands.
