Add logging during --finish and --analyze step #33

These steps do take some time. Especially --finish one. It will be useful to see which file takes a lot of time, which file is getting parsed right now and so on.

Is this still needed with #37?

Actually, right now I have 3 warnings like this: WARN: JSON parse error Something went wrong while writing to the tape.

So, it may be not a bad idea to add some logging.
