Connection Refused error message using Phonejoy #175

What version of BluezIME are you using?
1.16

What Android device do you have? What Android version?
Samsung Galaxy Note.  Gingerbread 2.3.6

What gamepad are you using?
Phonejoy

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Paired Phonejoy with Android device
2.Downloaded Bluez IME app
3.Set settings in Bluez IME app

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Getting error message 'Connection Refused' from Bluez IME after trying to 
connect to Phonejoy.

Please provide any additional information below.

Have you tried resetting the PhoneJoy controller:
